House rules

Dear Guests,

Our apartments are meant to be your home away from home. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. We have put a lot of care into furnishing the apartments and hope that you will find everything you need.

The following house rules are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding these guidelines. By treating the apartment with care, you help us continue to provide a pleasant environment for you and future guests.

General

If you are missing anything or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. All items in the apartment or on the balcony are available for your use. Please handle everything with care and ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with these rules.

Kitchen

Please treat the kitchen equipment and appliances with care. Dishes, pots, and cutlery should only be stored clean and dry. Do not place hot pots or other hot items directly on tables or countertops without protection. Always use a cutting board when preparing food. Please leave the oven and microwave clean after use.

Damages

No one intentionally damages property, but accidents can happen. Please inform us immediately of any damage so that we do not only discover it after your departure. The guest is liable for damages up to the replacement cost.

Ventilation

To prevent mold formation, please ventilate the rooms adequately. We recommend airing the apartment at least once a day for 5–10 minutes (wide open windows), especially after showering.

Duty of Care

Please treat the apartment with care and ensure that all accompanying guests follow the house rules. The entrance door should always be closed and locked when leaving the apartment. All windows must also be closed when leaving to prevent damage from weather or unauthorized access. Please use water and electricity responsibly.

Waste Disposal

Please separate waste into general waste, glass, paper, and plastic packaging. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Bathroom bins should only be used with garbage bags and disposed of properly. Do not dispose of food, waste, or harmful liquids in sinks, toilets, or showers. Please avoid anything that could clog the pipes, especially hygiene products in the toilet.

Cleaning

In case of accidents such as heavy dirt or spilled liquids, please clean them up immediately. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment tidy upon departure and to return all used dishes clean to the cupboards.

Quiet Hours

In consideration of neighbors, please observe public quiet hours, including midday, nighttime, and Sundays. Within the apartment, quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Internet / Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. Please ask us for the access code. Use of the internet is at your own risk. The landlord assumes no liability for the use of the internet. Additional Wi-Fi usage rules may apply.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or house. Please smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly once they are completely extinguished.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parking

Parking is available directly in front of the house. Providing a parking space does not constitute a custody agreement. The landlord is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or their contents, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

Right of Access

In case of urgent repairs, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without prior notice.

Keys

Please do not hand over the keys to third parties. Any loss must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for replacement costs.

Liability

The landlord is not liable for guests’ valuables.

Arrival & Departure

Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Different times may be arranged upon request. Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it.

By booking the apartment, you agree to these house rules.
